Due to the magnitude of HomeNet member requirements it would be impossible to offer this as an included service. It is perceived that this service would be offered to the HomeNet membership on a discounted fee basis. Normal rates for web designers and developers average $80.00 per hour. Failsafe would offer this service to the HomeNet membership for $50.00 per hour.
